Our corn is carefully harvested in the high-altitude Cuzco Valley in Peru, with a touch of love. These crunchy kernels are not only vegan and gluten-free but also destined to become your new go-to beer snack. Coated in a blend of sage, sea salt, and white pepper, they offer an umami flavor reminiscent of traditional pork scratchings.
But here's the twist: Our Giant Corn Scratchings contain just 1.1g of saturated fat per 100g, a significant difference compared to the average 18g found in traditional pork scratchings!
House Salami
Our salamis showcase the finest pork sourced from ex-breeding sows, which have enjoyed longer, outdoor lives. Enhanced with fiery Tellicherry black peppercorns renowned for their robust, fruity flavour, they perfectly complement the rich pork taste. We begin by coarsely grinding selected and trimmed cuts, mixing them thoroughly before casing in wide-gauge formats. Fermented for approximately 18 hours, these salamis then undergo 3-4 months of careful aging until deemed perfect and ready for harvest.
